Mandy is a Vice President with Kantar Retail and directs the company's ShopperScape™ monthly survey and manages the Shopper Perspectives program. She is a key contributor to the company's Intelligence System. This syndicated program focuses on retailing and consumer products distribution and marketing. It monitors the trends, forecasts the outlook, and provides strategic perspectives on the issues confronting industry executives. Mandy also supports RFI consulting projects.
Prior to joining Kantar Retail, Mandy was Director of Research and Planning for Fitch, the brand consulting and design division of Cordiant Communications Group. She held a similar position with the company's brand communication arm, Fitch: Ann Arbor. From 1984 to 1992, Mandy worked for Management Horizons as Vice President, Research and Intelligence. She was a leader of the firm's Retail Intelligence System®. During her career, Mandy has led many consulting projects with retail and consumer products companies and published articles in the area of consumer trends and segmentation.
Mandy holds a master of business administration from Capital University and a bachelor's of fine arts from the Rhode Island School of Design.
